What Is the CSLL Debt Card Program?
The CSLL Debt Card Program is a prepaid debit card system that helps you manage your child support obligations through controlled, predictable, and government-approved payments — without the fear of wage garnishments, jail time, or sudden seizures of funds.
This program is not just about paying off arrears — it’s about rebuilding your life. It’s a path to reinstate your driver’s license, avoid jail time, and protect your dignity as you transition back into becoming a fully contributing, tax-paying citizen.
How It Works: Structured, Gradual Payments
Once enrolled, you simply set up direct deposit from your job or income source to your CSLL-issued debt card. From there:
- For the first 6 months, only $50 per month will be deducted and applied to your child support arrears.
- Every 6 months, that amount increases by $50 until it caps at $250/month
- That means your payment structure could look like this:
Months in Program |
Monthly Payment |
1–6 |
$50 |
7–12 |
$100 |
13–18 |
$150 |
19–24 |
$200 |
25+ |
$250 (Capped) |
This gradual increase allows you to adjust financially, rebuild credit, and get back on your feet — without being overwhelmed or suffocated by debt.
