Every year, millions of hardworking people fall behind on child support — not because they are unwilling, but because they are unable, unemployed, under-supported, and often unseen by the very systems that were designed to protect their families.

It’s time for a national reset. 

We’re proud to announce the launch of the Child Support Lifeline (CSLL) — a groundbreaking program designed to restructure, rebuild, and revive the lives of non-custodial parents across this country while keeping families whole, children supported, and citizens free from criminalization.

Why CSLL Matters

  • Today in America, over $115 billion is owed in unpaid child support.
  • Each year, state and federal governments spend over $6 billion on enforcement and incarceration related to child support arrears.
  • 1 in 4 incarcerated individuals with a family background has been jailed for failure to pay — not criminal behavior.
  • Every $1 spent enforcing outdated systems costs us $3 in lost productivity, court costs, and collateral consequences.

CSLL is here to change that.

How We’re Turning the Tide

Through the CSLL program and app, we are proposing a modern, accountable, and technology-driven solution to recover over $4 billion in arrears within the first 3 years — and save taxpayers more than $2 billion annually in legal fees, incarceration, and enforcement resources.

But we’re not just chasing numbers.

We’re rebuilding lives, restoring licenses, reactivating parents into the workforce, and restoring dignity to those who were pushed aside.
